Choke mechanism

The choke arm is stuck in "full choke". Can´t press it in at all.
Losened the screw that attach to the carb and can see a little washer attached to the arm down the hole.
Seemes very difficult getting in there and losen that one. How does it work in there, what should move?

Should the "arm-packet" be drawn out or turned out?

It was drawn out. Needed a lot of force and it popped right out. smile:
