So I think I have found my air leak into the inlet rubber... Haha!

Now I've just gotta figure out where it goes.

If it comes from the top of the primary mounting rubber it's the vacuum feed to the fuel pump.

Yep that's the one. Although it looks like it's been connected to the airbox in the past, as I left all clamps on the hoses they came from when I took it apart. Never mind, I'll figure it out today. Then I'll take it for a spin, bedding in the brakes and all that.

I'm pretty sure that is your vac feed to fuel pump as this was hose I tapped into for Scott oiler

Yep that's the one.

I took it out today, and man it's running sweet as a nut!

Took a few pics.

Yeah it's great. I took it out for a weekend away when I first got it, it was very capable then. Now it feels a lot more refined. Plenty of power too.

Aaron's 4UX Rebuild

So it's been a while... Probably time for an update.

After it's trip to the Flinders Ranges last April, it's not going anywhere nor done much to it since. That changed about a month ago, when my next trip is approaching
at the end of this month.

It's been stripped down again, cleaned off last years dust, and the fairings have been off to get painted, and the stickers are cut.

The forks have been off for a new lease on life. Local suspension genius Hoey has worked his magic.

It's going to be pretty epic!

Stay tuned!
