Are the older TT's road legal over there ?
I have a pic in some of my old threads here of a 3AJ wreck I dragged home when I restored the XT I had. At first I thought it was a 34L
but the Engine said otherwise. Just that one had an e-start only. I sold most of the XT stuff, stupidly.
It is nice with the WR´s having an e-starter. Often you are tired out there in the Woods and having lots of Engine stops. It goes less energy
not kicking. I have plans to upgrade the WR after the Romania trip with an external oil tank and cooling fans for the original coolers.
That should increase the service interval a lot.
The TT I will fetch today is road legal, it´s a 84 model on paper. My WR450F is also road legal. I Think this is a choice you can do
when you buy it or even afterwards if you only mount the proper parts for it to register.
