Your bore is a little rough, but hone and a set of rings should be all that is required. Polish the piston LIGHTLY with 600 emery paper.
The carbon deposit on the piston is NORMAL. No sign of overheat.

I used to be a two stroke nut, and that piston top looks like it's been very hot? Maybe ethanol blend fuel was used? Just curious
