On the blue spark plug tool it says 12mm. Both proper spark plug sockets essentially cos they have the rubber inserts in them to grip the plug on removal. Like i say both fit the plug but its a bit confusing really.

I never got a tool kit with my bike, but if the.socket supplied with it is anything like my previous bikes and their tool kits i should imagine its a right PITA. Its awkward enough with the ones i use now!

Or i use this with an extension and rachet. This one is marked 12mm. Both fit my spark plugs so i think one of them must refer to the outside diameter size?

The size on mine is 18mm
