My '89 TT swingarm has up and down play because the lower bushing in the shock itself is worn out. Is there a way to replace this? If no, does somebody have a useable shock i could buy?

Turns out you can indeed connect bypass the regulator(and remove the battery) by connecting the red and white wire! Brake light works perfectly now.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, the dash, headlight and the tail-running light are all working. But they are running on AC current from the red/yellow coil wires. By staring at the wiring diagram for many many times now, i think i've got things figured out. It looks like the white wires from the stator ...

I have a question about my recently acquired TT600 59x from 1989. The brake light isn't working, and i can't seem to figure out why. Does the brakelight run of the same stator coils as the head/taillight?(yellow/red stator wire) Or does is run of DC current from the battery like the horn ...
