i am currently running a 3YF with staintune exhaust, open Airbox, K&N Filter, and Dynojet Kit needle/170 Jet on CV carb side, plus the primary needle is one click higher then stock.

3 Liters?! How far did you go? And: are you sure your tenere didnt just spilled the oil to the ground?!
If so, i guess its time to give the engine a little bit of love... (at least check compression, check piston rings, cylinder wall, piston etc, valve clearence, chain..)

Ok, here is what i did:
I installed the Staintune exhaust + K&N airfilter and just left the Stock jets in place... The Bike runs really really good.
So with DB-killer installed there is no need to change anything in the carb...
