Piston. Marks from valve and lot of fresh burned oil.

Conrod looks like survived - straight and no backlash.

In general, now the picture of the breakdown is as follows: the cylinder head bought from last summer from szr660 was with a worn out guide or with a liltle bented or "repaired" valve. On the damaged valve in the upper bend area there is a characteristic roughness - the valve was skewed for a long time even more recognizing the guide making the cap unworkable after some time.

Unfortunately, I missed it - just checked the fit of the valves and replaced the cap. Symptoms of what was happening also misinterpreted - the valve was constantly pounding like on little-big clearance, but i think only what make adjust not well.

Now waiting new guides, valves, cotters, caps and springs (why not? :) and will try fix cylhead. Alrady got chinese cylinder+piston+gaskets kit for grizly - cylinder looks "not bad" (just small scratches inside like from "testing diameter by insert piston with no oil"), but piston maked ugly - small gas caverns on one side near oil ring and oil channes drilled wrong. Will try use old STD piston with this kit.

Istalled Niche Industries 1810 kit. Looks nice and shiny!

Head with new guides, valves, springs.

200km an road afted rebuild and first problem - electrical :( Wires for lighting up and got broken multimeter in garage.
90% it's looks like dead battery - ingine starts after 30min charging (but no difference in work after 5h charging - only ~20sec summary stable stater work), stater works with low rpm after night on next day (but no relay "bzr-bzr" sounds), headlight goes to "dim yellow" on battery (on fully charged it was - more to white).
So Tenere got new more powerful LiFEPO4 battery with BMS. It's expensive, but 2 normal year guaranty and I'm already tired of lead-acid batteries.

It was not a battery :( Looks like regulator got internal short circuit.

Regulator was have some "surprises" on diagnosting - 14v at 5000 rpm on cold (when i test voltage in garage) and 13v at 5000 on warm (>10min engine work) with no charging. Also was "mistfires" (more on acid battery) if you quickly open the throttle (looks like malfunctioning carburetor accelerator pump).
Also about new battery - work in this condition 4 days (with no charge in fact), starter work until 10v. At 9.7v was charged with no problem for 8 hours to full.
